Mrs. Trinh Thi Hanh graduated from Hanoi Law University, currently a lawyer of Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, Vietnam Bar Federation; at the same time is a liquidator in the field of management and liquidation of assets of enterprises and cooperatives.

With over 10 extensive trial experience, Mrs Hanh has particular expertise in:

– Participating in legal proceedings as defense counsels in criminal cases;

– Participating in legal proceedings as representatives or defenders of legitimate rights and interests of claimants, respondents, persons with related rights and obligations in civil disputes, marriage and family, business, commercial, labor or administrative cases or affairs as well as in other cases and affairs specified by law;

– Representing clients beyond legal proceedings in order to carry out related legal tasks;

– Providing legal consultancy.
